Tena Graphics provides the Site Safety Rules Board for contractors, construction companies, property developers and institutions in Kenya that need to display everyday site instructions in one place. The pictured design combines visitor reporting directions, mandatory protective equipment notices, accident reporting instructions and warnings about excavations and moving trucks.

An active building site brings together workers, delivery drivers, subcontractors and visitors. Clearly displayed rules help communicate what people should do before entering and which hazards require attention. This construction site rules board presents individual messages in separate coloured panels, making the instructions easier to locate and read.

What Does the Site Safety Rules Board Display?

The design shown features a green “SITE SAFETY” heading above the following instructions and warnings:

• Visitor reporting: all visitors and drivers must report to the site office.
• Construction warning: work is in progress, with a warning about children entering the site.
• Child access restriction: children must not play on the site.
• High visibility clothing: high visibility jackets must be worn.
• Accident reporting: report all accidents immediately.
• Protective footwear: protective footwear must be worn.
• Head protection: safety helmets must be worn.
• Excavation warning: danger from deep excavations.
• Vehicle warning: stop, look and listen; beware of trucks.
• Access restriction: no access for unauthorised personnel.

This layout focuses on operational rules and specific hazards rather than blank fields for site management names or emergency contact numbers.
